Accounting Automation Program for Print and Print ApS
A Python-based software that automates the entire invoice review process, extracting data from PDF invoices and generating structured Excel reports for seamless Uniconta ERP import.
We developed a Python-based software solution to automate the entire invoice review process for Print and Print ApS. The application extracts, processes, and organizes data from PDF invoices into structured Excel reports, which are directly compatible with Uniconta ERP for seamless import. This eliminated manual review tasks, improved data accuracy, and streamlined financial workflows.
The program works by uploading a folder of invoices in the same format. It reads all invoices and compiles the data into an Excel file formatted for accounting. The accountant can then copy the data directly from Excel into Uniconta.
The following values are extracted from each invoice and entered into the Excel file:
- Invoice Number
- Customer Number
- Date
- Revenue
- Outstanding Amount
- Amount to be Paid
